Benita Bike’s DanceArt Company gratefully accepts voluntary contributions to support performances, education, and outreach. This page explains how donations work on our website.
1. How donations are processed
Our Donate page links to PayPal hosted donation buttons. When you donate, you enter payment information on PayPal’s systems, not on our web server. PayPal’s terms and privacy policy apply to that transaction.
2. Tax deductibility
Whether a gift is tax-deductible in the United States depends on the Company’s status with the IRS and your individual tax situation. We do not provide tax, legal, or financial advice. Consult a qualified professional and retain any receipt or acknowledgment PayPal or we provide.

3. Refunds

Unless a gift is restricted by a written agreement, we apply donations to mission-related activities (performances, education, operations). We strive to use funds responsibly but do not guarantee support of any specific program unless explicitly stated in writing.
